TargetCharms allows you to place a floating frame for easy and quick access to assigning charms / raid icons to targets. The series of buttons are highly customizable. The user can display up to 20 charms / raid icons in whatever placement and order you desire, as well as change the frame's opacity, location, and size. A movable "Ready Check" button makes it great for raid leaders!

Make sure the option for "draggable" is on in the options and then right click and drag the button.

I think authors have gone overboard with minimap buttons... I have way too many as it is. I'll probably update in the future to move the options to the new addon options page. I don't see how a minimap button would be useful after I did that.
